# Community Engagement (المشاركة المجتمعية), mapped to what Tondro Consulting configures

Pillar 6 of MoHESR's Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework, 5% of the score. For each KPI, this page lists the points the guidebook asks for and, against each point, how Tondro Consulting configures its offerings to meet it.

## KPI 6.1 Academic Events with Student Participation (الفعاليات الأكاديمية التي يشارك فيها الطلبة)

- Weight: 3% of the institutional score
- Period: 3-yr rolling
- High: 20 a year
- Collected: Master API, collected today through the interim HEDB portal.
- Guidebook pages: 55, 57

The number of academic events the institution runs that are open to students.

### KPI 6.1: Each academic event organized, co-hosted or hosted and open to students, such as conferences, symposiums, workshops, lecture series and skills competitions (Guidebook p. 55)

- Marketing Communications: Each event is set up with its invitations and registration, and recorded with its type, date and host.
- Slack for Education: Departments and student clubs propose events in Slack, and each agreed event is written to the record.

### KPI 6.1: The minimum turnout and duration for each type, such as 15 for a workshop, 50 for a symposium, 150 for a conference, and one hour (Guidebook p. 57)

- Marketing Communications: Registration and check-in are recorded per attendee, so turnout is a count on the event.
- Agentforce: An agent checks each event against the minimum for its type and lists those that fall short before filing.

### KPI 6.1: Program level: an event counted by every program that organized it or is affiliated with it (Guidebook p. 55)

- Salesforce as SIS: Each event links to the program records involved, so every affiliated program counts it.

### KPI 6.1: Filing through the Master API as a three-year rolling average (Guidebook pp. 16, 55)

- Integrations: The count by type and program is produced from the event records in the HEDB format.
- Managed Services: Tondro keeps the attendance evidence for each cycle ready for a request.

## KPI 6.2 Events & Initiatives for the Community (الفعاليات والمبادرات المجتمعية)

- Weight: 2% of the institutional score
- Period: 3-yr rolling
- High: 20 a year
- Collected: Master API, collected today through the interim HEDB portal.
- Guidebook pages: 56–57

The number of educational events and initiatives run for or with the community.

### KPI 6.2: Each community event and initiative, such as educational programs, volunteering, free courses, cultural events and public lectures (Guidebook p. 56)

- Marketing Communications: Community events are published and registered from the same system as student events, with the public registering the same way.
- Continuing Education on Commerce Cloud: Free public courses run on the Commerce Cloud storefront at no charge, so enrollment and completion are recorded.
- Alumni and Corporate Relations: Community organizations that co-run an initiative are partner records with their HEDB partner type.

### KPI 6.2: The minimum turnout and duration for each type, such as 20 for an educational program, 5 for volunteering or a free course, 50 for a cultural event or public lecture, and one hour (Guidebook p. 57)

- Marketing Communications: Attendance is recorded per person at check-in.
- Agentforce: An agent checks each event against the minimum for its type and lists those that fall short before filing.

### KPI 6.2: Program level: at least two community events a year (Guidebook p. 56)

- Salesforce as SIS: Each event links to the programs that ran it, so each program’s count for the year is a report.
- Agentforce: At mid-year, an agent tells each program lead whose program has fewer than two events on the record.

### KPI 6.2: Filing through the Master API as a three-year rolling average (Guidebook pp. 16, 56)

- Integrations: The count is produced from the event records in the HEDB format.
