# Employment Outcomes (مخرجات التوظيف), mapped to what Tondro Consulting configures

Pillar 1 of MoHESR's Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework, 25% of the score. For each KPI, this page lists the points the guidebook asks for and, against each point, how Tondro Consulting configures its offerings to meet it.

## KPI 1.1 Employment Rate (معدل التوظيف)

- Weight: 20% of the institutional score
- Period: 3-yr rolling
- High: 90%
- Collected: Graduate Destination Survey, run by MoHESR. The institution supplies graduate contacts and owns the response rate.
- Guidebook pages: 19

The share of graduates in full-time work or further education within 12 months of graduating.

### KPI 1.1: Contact details for every graduate, supplied to MoHESR for the Graduate Destination Survey (Guidebook p. 19)

- Salesforce as SIS: Graduation writes the cohort, program and completion date to the record, which fixes who belongs on each year’s list.
- Alumni and Corporate Relations: The graduate record continues the student record at graduation and keeps contact details current, so the list is a report on records that already exist.
- Integrations: The list is produced from the record in the format MoHESR takes.

### KPI 1.1: A GDS response rate that meets the Appendix C sampling guidelines (Guidebook p. 19, Appendix C)

- Marketing Communications: Graduates are told the survey is coming and reminded during the window, by email and SMS from their graduate record.
- Agentforce: An agent reports the response rate by program each day and lists the graduates to follow up in programs below the floor.

### KPI 1.1: The numerator: graduates from 12 months earlier in full-time work of at least 32 hours a week, or in further education (Guidebook p. 19)

- Alumni and Corporate Relations: Employer, role, weekly hours, start date and any further study are held on the graduate record, with the date and source of each update.
- Marketing Communications: Your own destination survey goes out at the 12-month point, and each answer updates the graduate record it came from.

### KPI 1.1: For licensed professions such as health, the 12 months counted from the end of any compulsory post-graduation internship (Guidebook p. 19)

- Salesforce as SIS: Programs that lead to a compulsory internship carry that rule, and the report applies it to each graduate.
- Alumni and Corporate Relations: The internship end date is recorded on the graduate record, which is the date the 12 months run from.

### KPI 1.1: Your own survey or administrative data, submitted with evidence for MoHESR’s consideration, as a three-year rolling average (Guidebook pp. 16, 19)

- Integrations: The figures are filed from the record through the HEDB portal today, and through the Master API when it opens.
- Managed Services: Tondro prepares the submission each cycle with its respondent-level data and collection metadata.
- Agentforce: Before submission, an agent compares the figure with prior years and flags a step change for a person to explain.

## KPI 1.2 Employment Rate in Relevant Jobs (معدل التوظيف في الوظائف ذات الصلة)

- Weight: 5% of the institutional score
- Period: 3-yr rolling
- High: 90%
- Collected: Graduate Destination Survey. Relevance is judged by a job-to-discipline mapping matrix.
- Guidebook pages: 20–21

The share of graduates working full time in a job relevant to their field, within 12 months of graduating.

### KPI 1.2: The educational field of each program, coded to ISCED (Guidebook p. 21)

- Salesforce as SIS: Each program record carries its ISCED code, so every graduate inherits the field MoHESR maps against.

### KPI 1.2: The occupation of each employed graduate, coded to ENSCO or ISCO (Guidebook p. 21)

- Alumni and Corporate Relations: The job title, description and occupation code sit on the graduate’s employment record, next to the employer.
- Agentforce: An agent proposes the ENSCO code from the title and description the graduate gives, and a person confirms it.

### KPI 1.2: Relevance decided by the job-to-program mapping matrix, where a job in either field counts for a dual degree (Guidebook pp. 20–21)

- Salesforce as SIS: A dual degree student holds both programs on the record, so both fields are present when relevance is checked.
- Managed Services: Tondro runs the check against the mapping matrix each cycle and list the graduates whose match needs a person’s judgment.

### KPI 1.2: The same denominator as KPI 1.1 (Guidebook p. 20)

- Alumni and Corporate Relations: Both KPIs are counted from the same list of respondents, so their denominators cannot drift apart.
- Integrations: Both are filed from the record in one return.

Every agent on this page can run on Claude through Claudeforce, or on a self-hosted model where student data has to stay in the country.
