The rank in QS, THE and Shanghai, which MoHESR collects from the published rankingsGuidebook p. 50
Compiled by the ranking bodies. No offering produces it.
For an unranked institution, the preferred proxy: the share of students sponsored by industry or governmentGuidebook p. 51
Each student’s sponsor is on the record with its type, so the sponsored share for the latest year is a report.
Proxy: employers who hired from the institution last year and again this yearGuidebook p. 51
Graduate employers are partner records with each year’s hires on them, so you can check the figure MoHESR derives from MoHRE data.
Proxy: entrepreneurs and notable alumni from the past ten yearsGuidebook p. 51
Ventures founded and positions held are recorded on the graduate record, each with its source.
Proxy: graduates employed by prominent companiesGuidebook p. 51
The employer on each graduate record is a partner, so the share at any list of companies is one report once MoHESR publishes its list.

Active accreditations at program and institution level, with the body and the expiry, held during the reporting cycleGuidebook p. 52
Each accreditation is recorded on the program or the institution with the accrediting body, the grant date and the expiry.
An agent warns the program lead as an expiry approaches, early enough to start the renewal.

The evidence is attached to the branch program’s accreditation record.
Filing through the Master APIGuidebook p. 52

Students enrolled in a dual or joint program, including those not abroad this yearGuidebook p. 53
Enrollment in the dual or joint program is on the student record, so the student counts whether or not they are abroad.
Applicants to dual and joint programs are recruited and admitted on the record they then enroll on.
Outgoing mobility of at least four weeks, or the equivalent of a three-credit courseGuidebook p. 53
The mobility record holds the host, the dates and the credits, and the rule is applied to those fields.
Advisers see which students are eligible for mobility and can plan it into the study plan.
Students in eligible programs hear about mobility options at the points in the year when they can still apply.
Program level: documented participation within the past three yearsGuidebook p. 53
Participation history stays on the record, so a program’s last three years are one report.

Salesforce as SIS
Salesforce Education Cloud run as the student information system, in place of the institution’s legacy SIS. Programs, enrollment, grades and transcripts sit on one record that every other office reads.
Recruitment and admissions on the same record the registrar keeps. Prospects, events, application review and decisions carry straight into enrollment without a handoff.
The graduate record continues the student record, with employers, partners and engagement kept on it. On this map it also holds the institution’s corporate partners and what each one does with it.
Continuing education on Commerce Cloud, with open enrollment sold like retail and corporate programs run as a sales pipeline. Every completion writes to the same learner record.
Research information on Education Cloud, in the same org as the student record. Projects, outputs, partners, funding, IP and student research are linked to the faculty, students and programs they belong to.
Email journeys on Marketing Cloud, with SMS and WhatsApp, drawn from what is true of a student or graduate now. The communication history is kept on the record.
Slack connected to the student record, with record context in the conversation and handoffs that leave a trail. Shared channels extend to partners outside the institution.
Salesforce’s AI agents, configured and governed on the institution’s own record. On this map, agents chase responses, check evidence and flag gaps for a person to act on.
Claude, Anthropic’s model, available to agents inside Salesforce as an alternative to the default model. Prompts pass through the Einstein Trust Layer, and the model provider retains no data.
AI document processing that reads transcripts, certificates and other documents and writes what it finds to the record. It works natively in Salesforce and with any SIS.
Connections between the record and the systems around it, such as the LMS, finance and ministry reporting. When Salesforce is the SIS, many of them are no longer needed.
A named Salesforce team that runs the platform after go-live, with release readiness three times a year, an enhancement backlog and governance. On this map it also runs the returns each cycle.
