What does Tondro actually do?
We are a Salesforce consulting practice that works exclusively in higher education, with one specialty: implementing Education Cloud as the student information system itself, as the authoritative record itself. Recruiting, admissions, records, advising, and alumni relations run on a single platform and a single student record.
What kind of institutions do you work with?
Over forty colleges and universities, ranging from large tier-one universities to small private institutions, trade schools, and first-professional programs — plus institutions outside the US where a global student record matters as much as a domestic one.
Does anyone actually run Salesforce as their SIS?
Yes — this is not a concept for us. We have live, in-production deployments of Salesforce as the student information system, including multiple institutions running their entire operation on Salesforce end to end: prospect, application, enrollment, academic records, advising, and alumni relations and giving. One platform, one student record, shipped.
Do you work with institutions outside the United States?
Yes. With offices in Austin, Texas, Málaga, Spain and Amsterdam, Netherlands, we work with institutions across the world and bring the same team and standard of delivery wherever the student record needs to live.
