Seven sessions with live demos, and each one ends on the same two questions. Which of the outcomes your ministry scores, from graduate employment and retention to placements and credentials, did the work you just watched move, and where in the record is the evidence? When the framework changes, does the configuration change or does the system? The day closes with a working session on AI governance, covering how to judge which use cases belong with AI and where the model behind an agent can run when your data cannot leave the country.

The day

Every session works the same student record, and in each one an agent does part of the work. The same agents run in every area all day, rather than in one AI demo at the end.
The session runs inquiry to enrolled on one record, with the funnel, the application and the review shown live. Equivalency and attestation are tracked on the applicant, and international and dual-degree entrants are counted from the day they apply. The cohort admitted here is the denominator for every retention and employment figure you report four years later.
Recruitment & Admissions on Salesforce →Open enrollment runs as a storefront and custom corporate programs run as a pipeline. Every completion writes a microcredential or license to the learner record, and every corporate program is an industry partnership you can count. A program that opens in weeks because an employer asked for it is configuration work, and it is what alignment with emerging skills looks like on the record.
Continuing education, two businesses →Employer relationships fund and fill programs, and this session shows the graduate outcomes they produce. Placements, return offers and employment within twelve months are tracked on the graduate record, and employer feedback is collected where the relationship already lives. The destination survey runs from the same record, so when the ministry asks for the contact list behind a number, it is one export.
Alumni relations on the record →The authoritative student record covers registration, grades, transcripts and degree progress, which is where first-year retention, placement completion and credentials are read from. The return to your regulator is filed from the record itself, ready for the day it is collected by API instead of by portal. A rolling three-year average needs a record that has kept the same shape for three years, so when the framework changes, only the return has to change.
Salesforce as an SIS →Advising and support happen in the channel staff already use, connected to the record. An agent flags a first-year student who has stopped attending before the semester is lost, the adviser acts in Slack, and the action lands on the record. Retention and student satisfaction are the outcomes this moves.
Slack for Education →You have watched agents work all day, and this session shows what runs underneath them. It covers Claudeforce and Agentforce and the higher-education skills we are building on both, including the ones that do the framework’s dull work, such as chasing survey responses and assembling the evidence pack before it is requested. When someone asks how AI is integrated into your operations, the answer is the agents that worked the record today.
AI at Tondro →This working session covers how to judge whether a use case belongs with AI, how to plan its implementation, and what you will be able to show an assessor a year later. Data sensitivity is the first filter, since what an agent touches decides where its model can run. Where graduate and employer data cannot leave the country, we show how self-hosted models meet sovereignty, residency and governance requirements.
